OK NO I have 100% financing from a commercial lender with this lender I need to show I have access to 20% of the purchase price. I only need the fee's covered I'm thinking of just getting a Line of Credit.
By the way Now I'm working on two at the same time one is $2.45million 96 units NOI $283K The other is $4million but that one I cam assume the loan on @ $2.7million left on it NOI $452k with a 1% assuming fee.
