Service to update lists of owner names/addresses

I am trying to find a service to recommend to my students that will accept uploads of name, address, city, state, zip and return updated addresses and hopefully phone numbers also.
I do this myself with Accurint but I'm hoping there is something else out there that will not have the drawn out application process and will accept lists on the spot.
I am aware of w3data.com, that is exactly what I'm looking for except I did a few tests and they don't seem to give you good data.
Any help appreciated!
