Based on the fact that you told us you have been doing real estate for many years, I assumed that it is your core business (I guess I didn't read your whole posting). It is one thing to try many things before you settle on something that you like and can be good at. It is another thing to, after identifying what you like and want to do and do it for many years, to jump ship and do something else. Many people have the tendency to stop trying after hitting a few obstacles. What they failed to realize is that there will be even more obstacle when they approach other unfamiliar business ventures.
So if your area of expertise is buying and selling business, then go ahead and do it and make tons of money out of doing it. However, to stand a chance of being as successful as you can, you have to focus and concentrate only on the buying and selling of businesses... You're free to also put a course together if you believe you have something valuable to teach.
