We are looking at a 3 bedroom repo on 4 lots in a lake community. basically 1-1/2 acres. no basement.
Will need some cosmetics and carpet and linoleum. all of surrounding homes are worth minimum of 100k and are very well kept. bank price for this home is 49k. we are trying to decide what to offer but would really like to acquire this home.
any help would be appreciated.
