I have 2 flips turned rentals.....if you know what I mean. Just rented the first one last week on a one year lease at $650/month. I got $600 deposit and $650 for the first month at signing. I am renting the other one this week and fully expect not having a problem getting $700 deposit and $700/month ($1400 at move in). I really didnt get many takers when I advertised for land contract. I was offering very good terms but I think I came across as an A-HOLE. Actaully I was told by a friend that someone told him I came across as a controlling A-HOLE. Whatever, MY GAME = MY RULES!
