There is not ONE market in California. Proeperties in San Francisco are different than Oakland and RIverside and San Diego and Bakersfield. And in each region there are different markets, many times demarcated by neighborhoods, proximity to a school, business, ocean, desert etc. You have to get to know the markets you want to work.
