Thanks KJ. I've been reading about business plans for years which has helped me create effective proposals. However, this is my first time doing a full business plan. From my reading I understand that the Exec. Summary and Financials are often the first two pages a VC will read. The ES is particularly important which is why they suggest that you do it last to sum up your plan.

I can tell you that I've change the direction of this plan several times since starting as it really forces you to think out every component of your business idea.
