Thanks for your input. I'm also writing a plan right now, and even though one of my best talents is simplifying complicated situations, my outline alone is over six pages long and it looks like the plan will end up over 30 pages. I like things simple.
I'm summarizing the opportunities that exist, how to take advantage of them, what the target properties are, where they are located and why, how to manage the properties purchased, exit strategy, and my qualifications. The more I get into it, the more complicated it gets...so while I'm trying to keep it simple, it's a challenge.
Where can I find Steve Cook's "Real Estate Investor's Business Plan?"
