I,ve thought about something similar for a good while, but haven't done much to pursue it.How about a group (3-5)getting together and buy a lot of small businesses.
Have a central admin and accounting section, one location. All business business would be handled from here.Each business would have its own working supervisor,Whip or whatever title he/she would like.All the different entities would be connected to one central computer.
You all can play around with this and come up with a lot of scenarios.
