Rich I grew up all around Mt Diablo. The people in North Carolina are rough on landlords too. And the rents are slow to go up.
One of the others who responded to this said maybe my rents are too high. I thought about it for a second and I know my rent has always been a little low for this house. Therefore I believe I'll try jacking it up and see what happens. I'd sell it but it's in the PPP...path of planned progress.
