Since I do not know you and have never read anything from you, I read over a dozen or so of your last post (the search feature works great).I find that you're more negative, than positive in your post and a bit condescending in your tone when you do post. I haven't found one thread that you have started or anything really beneficial in what you have added. But that's no big deal either.

Re-read over some of my post from years back and then come back and tell me if I'm joking. I have started and posted information on this board that authors are using and selling in there courses right now on this site.
I have started post about how I got started in real estate, how I've made money and lost money, I have started post about where I see trends going and how I have moved from SFHs to commercial real estate and paper and now I'm posting about how I have been flipping businesses for the past five years. And if you go back far enough you will see when I started I posted it on here what was happening.
You do not have to take me or anything I say seriously. If this is not for you then, its not for you.
For me, posting on this board is karma and giving back. I'm not sure what it is for you, but to answer your question no this is not a joke.
