I am facing a dilemma. I have been in real estate in Portland for 4 years. Recently with new legislation my hands are bond on what I can and cannot do with homeowners in foreclosure. So, my dilemma is what should I be doing. I have in the pass worked to help them link up with investors for homeowners who can't pay their lenders sell their properties. We also tried to get local funds to help homeowners stay in their homes. I need some reinvigoration, any ideas. Portland is a great market I am just stagnate and love real estate but I need something new! I've approached banks about helping them reach homeowners but no responses. I know they have better things to do...
