Glad you made the seminar. I had lunch today with a guy that went to the seminar last weekend. He came home on June 1 and does a deal on June 3rd. Now he's working on another deal. Both with huge positive cash flow and large instant equity. As we're sitting at lunch he tells me something he learned from Jack Miller, I'm putting it to use this coming Monday.
Even though us "old guys" know most of this stuff, it often takes a seminar to say, " oh I forgot about this or that." You become refocused. Your mind becomes sharp again. You see things again. That's what I always took away from the CREOnline Conventions and I'm sure all who attended the Schaub, Miller, Fortunato seminar did the same.
