I emailed Peter last night and got back to me with lots of real world information on JR.
Yes there is a lot of work but it seems promising if you work on the right cases with right tools. I already have a FT job and looking into RE investment for quick cash flow and long term hold as well. Planning to pool some $$ with RE associates to flip houses in SO CA trustee sales at least.
It will take some investment to get into JR business: website, database access monthly, work phone(plan to use google voice), and the course. I may be start it part time but like to see how I can outsource and it more passive plus look for higher return and new spin off business from JR.
