What is the best rental market to get into based on today's market, cashflow and ROI ? ?
Lower class / section 8 ?
Lower Middle ?
Middle Class ?
What kind of cashflow are any of you getting in today's markets ?
I am in the SLOWEST market for home sales and I would assume the rental market is just as slow.. Is this an accurate statement ?
