I am sure it may vary to where you are located, but here in Florida, one of the worst of the entire coutry's sales markets, I find the rental market much better than it used to be. Those loosing their homes and there are mulitudes of those, have to live somewhere and they can usually rent below what their loan payments, taxes and insurance amounted to. I have very few if any vacancies. Just waiting until the sales prices bottom out.
