Run with it and see what happen's. I sent a letter to an administrator in Lancaster, CA for a free and clear property (estimated at date of death) for a property here in Folsom, CA. One heir in Los Angeles another in Hawthorne and another in Nayarit, Mexico..
There's another file I researched for a house in Elk Grove, CA and only heir is decedent's daughter who reside's in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Rick Harmon's bible 53 Ways and Plays for Probate Profit's (still can't find the page number's) is a good resource.
