No. Probably just another so called expert wanting your money. Just another business you find on this site. Use common sense and jump in if you want to learn. Invest and learn as you go. Learn by your mistakes and grow with experience! Mistakes are the cost of educating yourself. Unless you mentally disabled, which I doubt,you will be fine and achieve what you want.
