I would only offer in the 50% range. Youl said he just wants out. If you sign a contract to purchase, you may or may not upset the seller. Your other questions, as a licensed relator, may be more complicated and you may be in a pickle with the local board. Thats one of the problems with being a licensed relator and investing at the same time. That is not always a great senario.
