I just read "One Minute Millionaire" by Robert Allen and Mark Hanson. it was alot of new age type stuff and some of the typical motivational stuff. towards the end, Mark refers to how Robert took basic real estate principles that were as "old as the hills" and repackaged them with the "sexy" title "Nothing down".
I couldn't believe some of the stuff the seemed to be admitting to, and advocating. Rick
