You are correct. We have been in big trouble for a long, long time and have finally been slam dunked. Good luck with your investing. I was very fortunate to have made the moves I did when I did. I'm just not a business person and should not be in the business. My friends tell me, "Your suppose to be a landlord to your tenants, not adopt them". Let me know if you'd like to buy some rentals!
