I decided to go to the state building in my town..(Delaware) in search for some pre-foreclosures. I was successful and found about 30 properties. My question is that once you have a list of foreclosures and you contact the home owner,what are the appropiate questions that I should ask the owner. I am a new investor but I am about to begin a mentoring program (with MC). However,I want to get some hands on experience before I begin...Thank you for your help...
