My old man was always scheming to make money. But the only deals he ever got in on that made him any, were 2 real estate deals I got him in on.
He made over $100,000 in less than 2 years, on an investment of 0, nothing down out of his pocket, only borrowed money.
He never made any money before, and he never made any afterwards.
I could have made him multiples of that but he was like you. Greedy and suspicious, and always making insane, impossible to meet conditions.
The point is, even looking at it from his own gnarled, selfish viewpoint he threw away more than he gained.
