I purchased their "Protege" program about 5 years ago. I think it is solid. The mentor I work with now does all Subject-To and I'm not sure how "Purchase Option" investing would work right now in a depreciating market.
I recently joined their Mentor Financial Group website - because I wanted access to the discussion boards they advertised. Only problem is, there are no discussion boards.
