Ive been a buy and hold investor for 11 years. I own several properties through out the US. Its been 3 months that I am now focusing in on creative investing (lease options, assignments, double escrow,rehabbing/flips, short sales, foreclosures, etc). I havent been able to close a deal yet. I have lots of books on what I should be doing and I have been doing it. Im thinking of paying for some mentoring. I went to a Donald Trump seminar and they provide mentoring for $3500. Carlton Sheets also provides mentoring. Have any of you ever purchased any type of mentoring? If so from who and is it worth the cost?
