If you have been a real investor for 11 years, you sure should not need any mentoring. You should have learned long ago that your money is much better spent in buying properties. Most, if not all mentoring progams, just mentor you out of your money. If you just want to give your money away for some reason, you can give it to me, if you like, as I have done all the things you mentioned, quite successfully. Where or what part of the country are you located Crystal? I could probably give you a few tips for free.
