Years ago I lost my job and decided to finally stop putting off my interest in real estate investing. I had some cash and all the time in the world to do so. In other words, no more excuses. Now, many years later I can say that was the best thing that ever happened to me. Hope you turn lemons into lemonade.
In the meantime, I would suggest starting, or at least looking into, options and lease options. They are a relatively easy way to break into this biz with minimal cash outlay and risk.
