I already know that once I get one deal out the way, my whole out look on investing would be so much easier, however, I'm reading terms like the "inspection clause is an out clause" ---I'm more worried that I'm going to get locked into a deal, and I have absolutely no capital or credit.
Would a real estate course help me to better understand all of this??
