I live in Vero Beach, Florida. Just 40 miles south of me is Port St. Lucie (PSL), Florida. Less than 10 years ago, PSL was touted as America’s fastest growing community. Any and every home builder was building homes like there was no tomorrow. Unfortunately, many of these homes had Chinese drywall. After the real estate bubble imploded, the county clerks office in PSL had to add another shift of clerks to handle the influx of foreclosure filings.
Fast forward to today. There was a recent article in the local paper about how property prices are starting to escalate due to bidding wars.

I wonder how the gurus would handle a situation like this? Is this taught at their $3000 weekend seminars?
